The Flames showed thier resilency in their second game of their home stand. SAGU came in ready to gain another confrence win trying to capitalize off of the Flames poor shooting performance. The Flames started out extremely slow falling into a 20 point deficit early in the first half. By halftime the lead dwindled down to 12 points due to a last minute run from the Flames. With some minor adjustments the second half belonged to the Flames. With less than a minute to go, is when the game really got interesting and was an all out battle between both teams. With less that 10 seconds to go in regulation Justin Clark puts the Flames up by one with a put back off of a missed free throw. Then SAGU goes to the line to go up one. With 4.5 seconds on the clock Kamron Fleming shoots a mid range jumpshot at the buzzer to secure the Flames first home win of the season.
