Men’s Basketball Receives End-Of-Year Awards
Anaheim, CA - In a vote of the NCCAA West Region coaches, Bethesda senior forward Jorge Castro has been named the 2015-16 NCCAA West Region Men's Basketball Defender of the Year; Bethesda forward Mark Ware was named to the NCCAA West Region 1st team. Rufus Jemison Jr, Jamelle Holieway Jr, and Justin Latham were named to the NCCAA West Region 2nd team.
Members of the Bethesda University Men's basketball team also received awards from the PCAC Conference. The men's team belongs to the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference and finished second in the league with a win over Life Pacific College. Mark Ware was named to the PCAC first team. Jorge Castro and Rufus Jemison Jr also received awards; they were named to the second team.
